Talisman By Teertha does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges in case of a change of mind from the customer’s end. Therefore, please take the time to carefully pick your order.
A refund will only be issued if the product is faulty or if the wrong product was dispatched from our end.
If the product is damaged while in transit, kindly email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty/Wrong product.
Please follow the instructions below for a refund.
- Add an unboxing video to your official request for a refund. Note :- Please make sure that you make a detailed unboxing video which contains the label/bill. If you fail to make one or report to us after 24 hours then there shall not be not be any actions from our end.
- Make sure to mail us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- After analysis, we will determine if a return delivery is possible.
- On getting a return confirmation for prepaid orders, please mail the package via only Speed Post within 2 days of getting the package, to the address that will be provided to you via email. In case of COD orders, once you get the return confirmation, we will schedule a return pickup. Please ensure that the product is returned in the same packaging, in pristine condition. Wear and tear is NOT accepted.
We will refund the whole amount spent by you on the order, along with the delivery charges incurred by you to return the package within 24 working hours and the refund will be made via UPI.
Categories like necklaces, bracelets and earrings are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable items. Rings are eligible for exchange due to size issue if the delivery address is in India.
Kindly note that we do not offer free exchanges. Total charges of INR 150 are applicable and must be borne by the customer for all exchanges. The amount is to be paid via UPI to the number provided by us, before the ring (in the size requested by customer), is dispatched by us.
To initiate an exchange due to a ring sizing issue, please follow these steps:
- Notify us of the issue at email@example.com or reach out to us on our Instagram @talisman_by_teertha or via WhatsApp (Whatsapp number – 9611513710) within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the size of the product you need.
- On getting a confirmation from our side, kindly ship the ring to the address provided by us.
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it carefully. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will ship the desired size/product to you.
- In case the necessary size is not available for the ring in question, you may pick any product (from any category) of the same price or a higher price. In case the piece chosen as a replacement by you is of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference in prices via UPI to the number provided by us. We, unfortunately, cannot exchange the ring for a piece of a lower price.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing it after which it will be processed. After 1 hour of placing the order, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to us on our Instagram @talisman_by_teertha or via WhatsApp (Whatsapp number – 9611513710) with your order number. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
RTO/ Un-delivered shipment
We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to Origin) due to wrong address / misinformation provided while placing an order and also in case the customer is not available to receive the parcel during the time of delivery. In case of re-shipping, shipping charges has to be borne by the customer.
Talisman By Teertha values and understands that our customer base covers all parts of the country and thus we ship to all states across India. Shipping charges of Rs. 85 are applicable on all prepaid orders, we also charge Rs. 50 (in addition to the base shipping charge) in case of COD or Cash On Delivery orders. We offer free standard shipping on orders above Rs. 2000.
Our packages are shipped via Speed Post, E-kart, Bluedart, Delhivery, Fedex, local courier, DTDC, DHL or Xpressbees within 5 days. Once shipped, delivery takes place within 7-10 days for major cities. Delivery may take a longer waiting period for North Eastern states of India, we apologize in advance for the long waiting period.
Please note that our delivery time is subject to change based on shortage of an item, bad weather, transit time of your carrier, destination address etc.

We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed on the website. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Talisman By Teertha reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was incorrectly posted on the website as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email, WhatsApp, or other written communication. Besides this, Talisman By Teertha reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price of the product or products in question. We may also update the prices of the products on our website, from time to time, at our sole discretion.
Talisman By Teertha (based in India) now offers international shipping to 29 countries. These are the countries that we ship to –

COD is not available for International orders. Payment can be done via Stripe payment gateway that will show up for those who access the website from outside India. Please note that Stripe payment gateway will not be available for those who access the website from India. We offer PayU payment gateway and COD for customers within India.
We use Aramex as a shipping partner for international orders. The option to change the currency from INR (Indian Rupees) to USD (US Dollars) is available on the website.
The timeline for delivery varies from country to country. We will dispatch the order within 10 working days. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
International shipments are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customs and import duties:
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (Aramex) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Talisman By Teertha will not be able to entertain a request for refund.
Duties and taxes will be applicable as indicated by your Nation-state’s guidelines and will be borne by the client. On the off chance that you have any inquiries correlated with custom charges, kindly contact your local customs office. We are unable to guide you for the same as custom charges vary from Country to Country.
