International Shipping Policy
Talisman By Teertha (based in India) offers worldwide shipping. These are some of the conditions for international orders -
- Free Shipping on orders over 15000 INR,
- 2100 INR flat charges on orders less than 15000 INR.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
COD is not available for international orders.
Our estimated delivery time for international orders is approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination country.
We will dispatch the order within 5 working days. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
International shipments are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, specifications, and sizing information before making a purchase.
While we strive to offer worldwide shipping, there may be certain countries or regions where shipping is restricted due to import regulations or shipping constraints. We, unfortunately won’t be able to ship to such countries.
Customs and import duties:
Duties, taxes and fees may be applicable as indicated by the destination country’s guidelines and will be borne by the client. On the off chance that you have any inquiries correlated with custom charges, kindly contact your local customs office. We are unable to guide you for the same as custom charges vary from Country to Country.
In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Talisman By Teertha will not be able to entertain a request for refund.

In the event of any issues with your international order or if the shipment arrives damaged, please email us at support@talismanbyteertha.com (within 48 hours of receiving the package). We will work with you to resolve the matter as promptly as possible.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be held liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
