Returns and Refunds Policy
Talisman By Teertha does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges in case of a change of mind from the customer’s end. Therefore, please take the time to carefully pick your order.
Refund Policy
A refund will only be issued if the product is faulty or if the wrong product was dispatched from our end.
If the product is damaged while in transit, kindly email us on support@talismanbyteertha.com. Subject of the email should be – Order number – Damaged/Faulty/Wrong product.
Please follow the instructions below for a refund.
Add an unboxing video to your official request for a refund. Note:- Please make sure that you make a detailed unboxing video which contains the label/bill. If you fail to make one or report to us after 24 hours then there shall not be not be any actions from our end.
Make sure to mail us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
After analysis, we will determine if a return delivery is possible.
On getting a return confirmation for prepaid orders, please mail the package via only Speed Post within 2 days of getting the package, to the address that will be provided to you via email. In case of COD orders, once you get the return confirmation, we will schedule a return pickup. Please ensure that the product is returned in the same packaging, in pristine condition. Wear and tear are NOT accepted.
We will refund the whole amount spent by you on the order, along with the delivery charges incurred by you to return the package within 24 working hours and the refund will be made via UPI.
Returns/Exchange Policy
Categories like necklaces, bracelets and earrings are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable items. Rings are eligible for exchange due to size issues if the delivery address is in India.
Please note that the following items are also not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
- Free Products provided during the occasional Sale Period.
Kindly note that we do not offer free exchanges. Total charges of INR 150 are applicable and must be borne by the customer for all exchanges. The amount is to be paid via UPI to the number provided by us, before the ring (in the size requested by the customer), is dispatched by us.
To initiate an exchange due to a ring sizing issue, please follow these steps:
- Notify us of the issue at support@talismanbyteertha.com or reach out to us on our Instagram @talisman_by_teertha or via WhatsApp – 9611513710 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the size of the product you need.
- On getting a confirmation from our side, kindly ship the ring to the address provided by us.
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it carefully. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will ship the desired size/product to you.
- In case the necessary size is not available for the ring in question, you may pick any product (from any category) of the same price or a higher price. In case the piece chosen as a replacement by you is of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference in prices via UPI to the number provided by us. We, unfortunately, cannot exchange the ring for a piece of a lower price.
