Shipping Policy
Talisman By Teertha values and understands that our customer base covers all parts of the country and thus we ship to all states across India. Shipping charges of Rs. 85 are applicable on all prepaid orders. We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above Rs. 2000. Shipping charges of Rs. 185 are applicable in case of COD or Cash On Delivery orders. Free shipping on orders above Rs. 2000 is not applicable for COD orders.
Our packages are shipped via Speed Post, E-kart, Bluedart, Delhivery, Fedex, local courier, DTDC, DHL or Xpressbees within 5 days. Once shipped, delivery takes place within 7-10 days for major cities. Delivery may take a longer waiting period for North Eastern states of India, we apologize in advance for the long waiting period.
Please note that our delivery time is subject to change based on shortage of an item, bad weather, transit time of your carrier, destination address etc.
The tracking details will be emailed to you once the package is shipped.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing it after which it will be processed. After 1 hour of placing the order, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@talismanbyteertha.com or reach out to us on our Instagram @talisman_by_teertha or via WhatsApp (Whatsapp number – 9611513710) with your order number. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
RTO/ Undelivered shipment
We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to Origin) due to wrong address / misinformation provided while placing an order and also in case the customer is not available to receive the parcel during the time of delivery. We are not liable to recover, reship the package that is lost in transit due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided. In case of re-shipping, shipping charges have to be borne by the customer.

We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products listed on the website. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Talisman By Teertha reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product whose price was incorrectly posted on the website as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email, WhatsApp, or other written communication. Besides this, Talisman By Teertha reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated retail price of the product or products in question. We may also update the prices of the products on our website, from time to time, at our sole discretion.
